Summary of the role: This is an Operational role focusing on two main areas

1) Providing practical day-to-day operational support to business partners

2) Providing Training to your clients



Help to manage the day-to-day delivery of the company's services to its key clients
Liaising with local drinks companies, fresh -produce suppliers and suppliers of restaurant equipment
Introducing clients to new products & services that will help them grow their business
Stock control: ensuring the correct stock is available for current & future food promotions . Liaising with the company Distribution Centre
Managing price changes and reflecting those changes on the website
Manage Critical incidents and "product recalls"
Attending site visits, food-quality related meetings etc
Provide a practical help desk style support to your clients and liaise with the Help Desk team at head office
Budget management and tracking and analysis of performance and client satisfaction
Training & practical support

Training business partners (restaurant franchisees) on new products
Organising management & financial training for new Restaurant partners
Help to set business targets and establish forecasting
Monitor sales progress
Ensure staff absences & holidays are covered


Use to dealing with Franchise owners and /or multiple stake holders
Day to day distribution management experience
Experienced in conflict resolution
Fluent German & English
Location: Germany, Neuss

Salary : €88,000 + €10k car allowance

Language: German and English
