The Online Content Executive's role is to proactively plan, upload and manage content on websites, in particular, the UK, Australia, Ireland and USA e-commerce sites.
Responsible for planning, evaluating and refining the content, ensuring web content is developed with commercial objectives in mind. To produce regular analysis reports with clear measures of success in terms of website usage. Lastly, supporting the Digital Trade and Content Manager with implementing the commercial trading plans.

*Bounce Rate %
*Site Search Exit Rate %
*Product Recommendations ROAS
*Product Page View %
*Checkout Exit Rate %
*Ensuring that the weekly promotional banners and voucher codes are set up correctly, launched on the websites and performance analyzed.
*Provide accurate weekly reporting on sites trade and customer journey performance.
*Reduce Website Bounce by continuously optimizing:
*Ensure web pages are merchandised to their full potential at all times
*Increase Product Page Landings by continuously optimizing:
Menu, Site Search, Category banners and Product Index (product ordering)
*Onsite merchandising: managing the categorization and presentation of products online, in response to daily sales trends.
*Ensure the content of the website is up-to-date and reflects the promotional calendar.
Skills and Experience:
*Educated to degree level with an understanding of statistics/analytics.
*Experience of working in a similar ecommerce role desirable.
*Experience of using Content Management Systems (e.g. Magento or similar) desirable.
*Experience using Google Analytics or another analytics package.
*Ability to work under pressure.
*Able to write clear, concise engaging content.
*Good Photoshop skills.
*Good knowledge of HTML, CSS etc.
*Experience of Java desirable.
*Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.
*A passion for online marketing, e-commerce and desire to learn.
The successful candidate may be asked to help with any other online marketing activities as and when required.

The role is based in Harlow, Essex.
