The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new business through:
*Cold calling to potential customers
*Contacting incoming leads
*Managing the existing sales database
There will be a number of targets which must be achieved, against which success will be measured:
*Hit monthly and annual financial targets
*Make 35 calls per day
*Maintain 6-monthly contact with all existing Salesforce contacts
*Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline spreadsheet
*Create larger accounts from new leads
The role can be developed into a longer-term career, or successful salespeople may move into a Key Account Management role.
The salary consists of a combination of basic pay, commission on sales, and performance-related bonuses. No prior experience is necessary, as full training and support will be given.
