Duties:
*General office administration, diary and appointment arrangements.
*Taking minutes and arranging meetings
*Visa arrangements and travel arrangements
*Proactively managing the Reception Team
Requirement:
*Fluent Mandarin and English
*Minimum 1-year secretary experience in the UK
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Able to work efficiently under pressure
