Salary : £23,000 pro rata
Duties:
*Processing payments and invoices
*Liaising with various branch offices globally and in Japan
*Help to prepare financial reports and analysis for management purposes
*Data gathering.
*Maintain the customer database
*Liaising with customers and suppliers in Japanese
*Use of Excel daily
Requirements
*Fluent Japanese
*Advanced Excel ( VLookup, Macros, linking spreadsheets etc )
*Bookkeeping or billings background
