Title: French Sales and Office Administrator
Salary: Up to 26,000 GBP
Location: Central London
Type of Contract: 9-month contract (with possibility to be extended)
We are looking for a French native speaker with excellent English, to join our team as a Sales and Office Administrator. The right candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone proactive and able to multitask in a fast-pace small team. Within others, your responsibilities will be:
Being the main point of contact to logistic and invoicing partners
Processing orders and following up, making sure that the order arrives.
Managing the stock and coordinating with logistic partners.
Processing invoices and payments as well as booking any team events.
Wholesale monthly reporting files.
Being the support to the sales & marketing team
Organizing office maintenance and repair, as well as contacting the relevant company for IT maintenance.
Ordering stationery, office equipment products and furniture.
Processing bills, phone contracts, car lease, insurance, etc.
Key Strenghts/Competencies :
Bilingual French and English.
Fantastic written and oral communications skills.
Someone with the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and customer service minded.
Confident with IT and the basic Office software packages, Excell in particular.
A problem-solver, fast-learner, flexible and reliable
