We are looking for experienced and dedicated customer service advisors to support our client with organisation of an international festival.
Location: Paddington (travel to France for best performers included).
Duration: End of January - June 2017
Languages needed: Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese or Spanish
Pay: 10 - 11.50 per hour depending on experience + holiday pay
Working hours: 7.5 between 7:30 and 9 pm on shift
You will be the first point of contact for the agencies and companies entering work into the festival.
Building relationships with the new and existing clients (NO COLD CALLING).
Engaging in cross-selling awards categories
Informing customers of new initiatives
Answering general questions
Saving and tracking correspondence on Salesforce
Proven customer service experience (ideally 2 years and more)
BTB experience of advantage
Passion for creativity
Salesforce experience desirable
Competent in Excel and Word
