TITLE: Customer Service Representative B2B- Italian speaking with German
LANGUAGE: Italian+ German
LOCATION: West London
SALARY: £20.000 increased to £21.000 after probation.

THE ROLE: This is a B2B customer support role, you will be dealing with B2B distributors and retail customers. Your responsibility will be delivering customer service by email and phone, placing orders, resolving customer issues, dealing with billing issues etc.
* Fluency in Italian and English with German
* Experience in a customer service role is preferred, although someone with no experience but the right attitude and skills will be considered.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Able to multi-task and prioritize.
