To work as part of the Customer Services team to deliver service against pre-defined Key Performance Indicators. To provide any department stakeholders (external and internal customers) with a best in class service. To positively and significantly contribute to the overall Customer Experience.
Handling inbound enquiries by telephone
Representing the organization as best in class
Advising customers by offering suggestions and advice
Maximizing sales opportunities
Working as a team to assist the department in achieving its core KPI's
Not only meeting, but exceeding customer expectations no matter the type of enquiry
Significantly contribute to the departments revenue targets through individual performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
Language Skills - French and Dutch
Database Skills - Experience in SAP desirable
Experience of B2B and consumer telephone communication
Previous Customer Service experience essential
