Title: Business Development Executive
Reports to: Head of Business Development
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £29,000 + Bonuses & Benefits
Our client provides data to business with expat employees and operate in over 400 locations globally. They offer online access to country reports and allowance calculators, and information on global mobility of employees. Data includes salary surveys, taxes, accommodation cost, employment law, benefits, etc.
In this role you will work on attracting new clients as well as identifying new prospects within your target market, whilst managing the business development process.
Your aim will be to convert these prospects into annual subscribers of our client's data and software tools.
*Growing client portfolio, through outbound calling to clients within the prospective market and building a strong pipeline.
*Identify leads from web inquiries, digital media, relevant industry events, referrals, and lapsed clients, and follow up to convert these into active clients.
*Identify key decision makers through online research, and keep a breast of market news and triggers for new business opportunities
*Arrange and attend meetings with new prospective clients
*Plan relevant approaches, pitches, and proposals working with your teams internally and tailor proposals to meet client needs and discuss pricing.
*Handle and overcome objections by clarifying and working through differences so to reach positive conclusions with prospects
*Fluent in written and spoken English to a high level
*Fluent in Dutch to mother tongue standard
*Two to three years of previous B2B business development/sales experience
*Proven experience of meeting/exceeding sales targets/KPI's for new business
*Flexibility to travel in the EMEA region and meet prospective clients
*Previous experience in negotiation of price plans, contracts, and business terms
