Excellent opportunity to join a prestigious private wealth management company that will particularly suit a recent graduate with a positive, 'can do', problem solving attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and the humility to take on all tasks from the very mundane to the interesting and challenging once. In this role you will be supporting every aspect of your boss's business and in exchange, will have the opportunity to learn the ropes and train up.You must expect to take further finance exams to progress in this company.

Some of the main responsibilities will include:

* Supporting managing director administratively as well as in terms of client relationships
* Processing financial documentation
* Liaising with the legal team, ensuring compliance issues are met and service standards are surpassed
* Producing PowerPoint presentations, desktop research, writing reports
* Data management, editing client database, updating the information accurately whilst working to deadlines
* Liaising with private, high net worth individuals about their portfolios
* Organising and attending corporate business seminars and events to keep clients engaged with the business
* Managing information on Excel as well as inward and outward SWIFT transfers, single-currency and multi-currency payments
* Contributing to any other ad hoc projects

Essential requirements:

* Educated to degree level (min. 2.1 from recognised UK University)
* Excellent level of English (both written and spoken)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Superb organisational and time management skills
* Administrative and/or client service experience (gained during studies, or since studies)
* Proficiency working with Microsoft Office package including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
