We have an opportunity for an Account Associate for one of our clients in Oxford. This person will gain really good hands-on commercial experience and assist the renewals team to call and email property owners, determining which website property owners wish to keep their property listed on, followed by the necessary admin work required (like refund etc).
- Fluent in English, Italian and French
- Admin experience 6 months to 1 year minimum
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
This role requires a candidate who is highly organised and is able work through a list of clients within the time dedicated to each client. You are able to motivate yourself to reach the target set by the team.
