Danish/Swedish speaking Business Development Manager
North London
£35-60,000
THE COMPANY
Market leading multimedia group dealing with a wide range of sectors looking to expand its Nordic markets.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for developing new business in the Nordic markets within the fashion sector through consultative sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating new leads through cold calling, in depth market knowledge and working closely with marketing team
- Selling trend forecasting, analysis and news solutions to prospective clients in the fashion industry.
- Arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients
- Drafting proposals and contract documents
QUALIFICATIONS
- Native standard Danish/Swedish (Finnish or Norwegian would also be a bonus)
- Experience selling into the Nordic market
- Proven track record of consultative selling with an average order value of at least £7,000
- Experience selling in a service industry (fashion, outsourcing or software, for example)
- A degree in any discipline.
