THE COMPANY
London based luxury toy company with vibrant and fast expanding sales department.
THE ROLE
• Reporting to the Export Manager as part of the Sales team of 9 people
• Dealing with phone queries from German clients on a daily basis and providing exemplary customer service
• Sending samples to German clients
• Attending trade shows in Germany and sometimes the UK. Follow-up work for the trade shows (sorting follow-ups and passing info to agents etc)
• Sending catalogues to German clients and dealing with other general admin tasks:
o Taking orders by phone
o Sales advice
o Advising on shortages and returns
o Advising on dispatch/deliveries, checking on missing boxes
• Generating new business and maintaining good client relationships
THE CANDIDATE
Recent graduate:
o Fluent German and ideally, fluent Italian
o Proven excellent customer service experience.
o Some office experience, ideally sales.
o Proactive, independent and responsible member of the sales team
o Positive, adaptable and a fast learner
