Job Vacancy in Central London - City

Job Vacancy Description:
The role combines aspects of pitching to clients, travel organization and admin assistance to the Corporate Access team. The successful candidate will have sales experience, an excellent telephone manner and be extremely well organized with excellent proven PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.

Role
Pitching (50% of the role)
• Pitching to Swedish companies about upcoming roadshows.
• Developing relationships with clients and ensuring contact with them is maintained.
• Developing new business
• Promoting roadshow events.

Admin and Travel organisation (50% of the role)
Investor trips
• Manage all logistics for client trips – book hotels, cars, meeting rooms, restaurants etc.
• Suggest flights for clients, book flights for sales, preparing client/sales trip packs.
• Liaise directly with sales on all logistics and check their needs.
• Update databases with trip information.
• Liaise with IT regarding amendments/problems.

Roadshows
• Add confirmed roadshows with Swedish companies to Nordic Admin database.
• Set up feedback report once a roadshow has taken place.
• Update PowerPoint pitch presentations.
• Add competitors’ seminars and roadshows to the relevant spreadsheets.
• Put together Big Dough reports and annual reviews.

General Admin
• Assist the Head of Corporate Access with general admin
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations
