TITLE
HR TRAINING Project manager/junior Training Consultant
SALARY
£30000-£40000
LOCATION
London
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
HR/CORPORATE Training background, or training consultancy
LANGUAGES REQUIRED
French or Italian or German or Dutch (or any other EUROPEAN language)
ONGOING TRAINING WOULD BE PROVIDED TO THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
You will get the chance to upgrade your formal qualifications on an annual basis, e.g. coaching certificate, MBTI certification, BPS chartership
THE ROLE
HR Project management 50%
• Coordination and project management of internal and external resources, including business psychologists and facilitators
• Proper and timely preparation and delivery of programme materials
• Significant external client contact
• Preparation of proposals, presentations and contract
HR Training consultant tasks 50%:
• Research for proposals, marketing materials and product development
• Support on and involvement in proposal content writing and the proposal process
• Design support including needs analysis, brainstorm sessions, research and putting together facilitator guides
• Programme director role on programmes
• Support on account management
• Billable consultant work , e.g. standardised deliveries
• Support to client directors/ senior consultants, e.g. research on new learning methods, initiatives and concepts
• Client relationship management on small accounts/ by supporting senior consultants
• Bridge between the project management and client directors/ senior consultants
Understanding of costing projects and completing price calculation spreadsheets is essential
