Customer Service Advisor with Norwegian
£18-19,000 + excellent benefits

THE COMPANY
With offices all over the world, my client is an innovative and specialist financial technology company. It now requires an experienced Customer Service Advisor with Norwegian.
DUTIES
- To receive inbound call (20-30 per day) and email (30 per day) enquiries from plan participants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Use of Norwegian language skills where appropriate.
- To assist participants with accurate answers to queries relating to plan activity or rules.
- To execute participant instructions accurately and to time expectation.
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of old and new plans in terms of detail and operation.
- To provide excellent call handling skills where call routing is required by the caller.
- To participate fully as a team member and to share the challenge of feedback capture from participants, to assist with the overall quality improvement effort.
- To contribute to the development and high expectations of the Communications Team.
- To excel in all areas of customer service by delivering a second to none quality of service to each and every participant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Norwegian
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Previous financial market experience an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- A proactive self starter Excellent time management skills
