What are we about? Well that’s simple: it’s better to be the best than the biggest. We don’t need row upon row of desks or a network of offices because we will go to extraordinary lengths to find the right person for the right job. We know that recruitment is a competitive business but if we provide a great service to both clients and candidates success will follow. We represent value added to our clients and possibilities to our candidates.
At Appointments Bi-Language we run our business less aggressively than the traditional recruitment model, maybe a more 21st century way of doing things, but whatever you want to label it, it works. We do things in a more democratic way, giving freedom of self expression to our team, and understanding that work is something that defines us in a positive way. Not have CV sent/interview targets.
